Case Study: Denver Christian
In 2013, Denver Christian Schools consolidates their three campuses at a single location in Lakewood: the former training facility for US West, then Qwest in the Academy Park area. The facility had been vacant for a year.
Established in 1916, Denver Christian had grown to three campuses with 620 students. It was challenging managing three locations, and the move to the 270,000-square-foot commercial building on 20.7 acres of land simplified operations. In addition, the facility had been a training campus for Qwest meaning a school infrastructure already existed.
